I have used Mazatlan4Sale and Mazatlan4Rent for my condo in Mazatlán. The staff that handled my rentals did an amazing job and kept it rented every season. When I decided to sell, my agent Zuleyma was very helpful. She is the best agent I have ever used, going above and beyond to help me with the whole process. I was not in Mexico but she kept me updated on the showings and did follow up with other realtors forwarding me their input. I would recommend this company and Zuleyma for all of your rental and/or sales needs.

My husband and I had the best experience with Bernardo at Mazatlan4Sale. Bernardo was the agent for the seller, but he helped us as buyers in numerous ways. For example, he arranged for excellent contractors to do repairs and maintenance in our "new" home and ensured the work was done satisfactorily. Bernardo's motto appears to be "always keep the customers happy" and he definitely lives up to that. Mazatlan4Sale also holds Art Festivals throughout the high season where 100% of all donations go to a local non-profit organization. "The Gems of Mazatlán Education Fund". A great company with real professionals. Kristen and her husband Lionne were the very best real estate agents I've ever worked with. Bernardo, an employee, was also very professional and someone I had a lot of confidence in. All were very active but Kristen handled all the showings of my condo and she did such a great job, keeping me apprised of each showing. I am a Canadian woman who decided to travel alone to Mazatlán, Mexico for one month last year.
