CHILE RELLENO CASSEROLE

Ingredients:
3 cans of the whole green chiles, washed and d -seeded.
9×13 pan, lightly greased
Monterey Jack cheese
Cheddar cheeseStep 1
Layer chiles and Monterey Jack cheese and cheddar cheese 3 times.
You can also use mozzarella cheese as well.Step 2
Beat 3 egg yolk adding 1 tsp flour and a can of evaporated milk. Put aside.
Then beat 3 egg whites until stiff and fold into yolk mixture.
Pour over the chiles and cheese and dribble salsa over the top, about a 1/2 cup.Step 3
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.Fabulous dinner with a salad.

In February the construction work began and extends from the Nautical Marina to Cerritos beach.
